A & G Fabrications Pty Ltd aims to achieve recognition and profitability as a company that is successful in the field of supply, installation, glazing, and powder coating of commercial shopfronts, windows, doors, aluminium sunscreens and fabricated products. Our intent to achieve this goal is through the commitment of all staff using a system that ensures total satisfaction to our customers' requirements.

Don Maccoll - Managing Director

Don started with A&G Fabrications in 2000 as an employee and went on to purchase the company with his wife Donna Maccoll in 2003. Both Don and Donna have a commitment to continual improvements and expansion of their businesses. Under Don's leadership, A&G Fabrications gained its reputation for quality in both product and service delivery; allowing them to contribute to prestigious projects such as Ripley Providence School with Watpac, PPQ's Kirkland Avenue townhouses and Trinity Bay State High School with Hutchinson Builders Townsville. Don is known for his passion for business and is a keen entrepreneur with a thirst for knowledge and endless energy. He specialises in the design and management of aluminium sunscreen projects and ensures A&G Fabrications' quality assurance procedures are upheld. Alongside his team, Don provides a service at A&G that is both suited to your needs and an enjoyable process.

The Quality Assurance System of A&G Fabrications Pty Ltd is:

• Documented in a business system manual, approved by the managing director.
• Designed to ensure our products and services are produced to a consistent high quality, first time, every time, on time.
• Designed to improve productivity and contain costs by providing consistent guidelines for the ways in which goods are produced and services provided.
• Documented in such a manner that responsibilities for quality assurance are clearly defined.
• The result of input from all staff and subcontractors.
• Audited on a regular basis through an internal audit system, to ensure the documentation procedures are complied with.
• Periodically viewed to ensure it's adequacy in changing circumstances.
