Don Maccoll

Don started with A&G Fabrications in 2000. He purchased the company with his wife Donna Maccoll in 2003, and have since purchased the operating factory in Acacia Ridge and another in Darra, expanding the business into its current 6 day a week operation.

Under Don’s leadership, A&G Fabrications has gained a reputation for quality in both product and service delivery and worked on a range of prestigious projects including KBRB Coopers Plains, Springfield Tower and the Award Winning ATSIP Project at James Cook University, Townsville.

Don specialises in the design and management of Aluminium Sunscreen projects and ensures A&G Fabrications’ Quality Assurance procedures are upheld.

Andrew Rowe

Andrew has been a part of the A&G Fabrications team going on 5 years.

With 28 years experience in the industry as a Qualified Glazier and Fabricator, and the wide scope of project experience, Andrew is a key part of the A&G team. Andrew holds a Diploma of Project Management and is currently undergoing a Diploma of Business Management.

Andrew specialises in Aluminium Windows & Doors, Co-ordination and Management of Staff, and represents A&G Fabrications at Senior Management level.

Vanessa Ford

Vanessa Ford joined the A&G Fabrications team in May 2006.

Vanessa holds a Diploma in Project Management, and is currently studying Accounts & Book-keeping and Management. Vanessa specializes in Administration, Payroll, Company Compliance & Management.

Ian Gough

Ian joined the A&G Fabrications team in December 2010.

Ian has worked in the industry since 1989 and has a wealth of experience in windows and doors, as a Project Supervisor and a Qualified Glazer.

Ian specializes in Commercial & Domestic Windows and Doors and Project Management.

Rick McFarlane

Rick McFarlane joined the A&G Fabrications team in July 2010 and has worked in the industry since 1994.

Rick is currently undergoing a Diploma of Business Management to further his project management skills.

Rick is a Sunscreens specialist, proficient in   the design and estimation of Aluminium Sunscreens, shutters and louvres.

Ken Fagg

Ken Fagg, joined the A&G Fabrications team in January 2004.

Ken has worked in the industry since 1963, and has a vast knowledge of product application, industry experience and Australian Standards.

Ken specializes in Project Estimating of Aluminium & Glass Windows and Doors.

Troy Ackfield

Troy joined the A&G Fabrications team in January 2010 and has worked in the industry for eight years.

Troy is a Qualified Glazier and holds a Certificate III in Aluminium, Glass & Glazing. Troy specialises in Cost Planning of Aluminium & Glazing in the Design & Construct projects and Estimating of Aluminium & Glass Facades.  Troy has worked on Commercial, Industrial, High Rise and Curtain Wall projects, giving him a wide range
of experience in a variety of areas.

Clint Rowntree

Clint Rowntree joined the A&G Fabrications team in August 2009 and has worked in the industry for over ten years.

Clint is the Foreman at our Brisbane factory. He specialises in managing staff, timeline management in the manufacturing of Aluminium Sunscreens, Windows & Doors, Quality Assurance and Project Delivery. Clint is currently studying a Diploma of Business Management.
